I'm Asha 2

I’m AshaπŸ™ŽπŸ½☄

Chapter 2

When Asha and Adisa got to the porter’s office, they met Babatunde and Selorm there.

“This can’t be possible madam, I thought you said no one was going to be in the room with me, I paid for the extra bed”, Babatunde yelled.

“That was illegal and the porter who helped you with that has been sacked. You were going to be sacked too, but your parents pleaded with the management and that bed is the last bed left in the hostel, so it’s either you leave or you stay there with her”, she said bluntly.

“This can’t be happening”, Selorm said and they both stormed out.

“Excuse me”, Asha said

“Is this right, for people of different sexes to be placed in the same room? Asha asked.

“Your father was okay with that”, she said to Asha.

“My father? He is dead”, she yelled.

“I don’t know but whoever applied for the hostel agreed with that”.

“Is his name Sylvester?” she asked.

“Yeah that’s him”

“He’s not my dad. That’s my mom’s boyfriend! ”

“Is my mom even okay with this?”

“I’m not sure, but if you have any problem with this arrangement, I suggest you see management”.

“Are they in?” Adisa asked.

“It’s already 5:25, they close at 6…I doubt they’d be there”.

“And tomorrow? Asha asked.

“They don’t open on weekends”.

“Wow, that’s great. So I get to sleep in a room with a random guy?” she said shaking her head. And then she pulled Adisa and they both left.

“You can sleep in my room till Monday”, Adisa suggested.

“Thank you Adisa”, she said smiling.

They both went back to the room and Babatunde and Selorm were not there.

Asha didn’t want to unpack, so she just placed her luggages in a corner, took some necessary stuff and went with Adisa to her room.

Jessica was trying to sleep when Kanye walked into her room.

“Hey baby”, she said, sitting up.

“Learn to knock”, her roommate Shade, said to him.

“I think you need to work on your hearing abilities”, he said to her. “Jess you heard me knock, right?”

“He did knock”, Jessica said to her roommate.

She rolled her eyes and continued with the book she was reading.

Kanye sat by Jessica and placed his arms around her.

“You know Asha is back right?” he said to Jessica.

“Why is everyone talking about her?” she said frowning.

“Well she came to my room”.

“For what?” Jessica asked in fury.

“She just said hi and that she missed me a lot and was hoping that we could hang out”

“She’s really crazy! You said no right?”

“Not really, I said cool and you know I definitely wouldn’t hang out with her”

“You should have shut her up. She is sick, she just returned and she is already pissing me off”.

“I thought you were friends with her.”

“Friends? “Hell no! I can’t be friends with someone who is that weak. She is so stupid for trying to kill herself. To me, I think she was trying to get everyone’s attention and now she has it”πŸ˜’

“Mmm will you be coming to my game tonight?” he asked changing the subject.

“Of course. I can’t miss it for anything”.

“That’s good, I’ll see you after the match then, I need to go for practice”.

“Alright”, she said, kissing him and he elft.

πŸ™ŽπŸ½************☄

Asha was catching up with Adisa in her room when she received a phone call.

“Excuse me”, she said and stepped aside to receive her call.

“Hello”, she said.

“Asha!!” the person yelled.

“Who’s this?” she asked.

“Forgotten me so soon?” the male voice said in a cocky tone.

“Nene!!!” she screamed.

“That’s me, baby”, he said.

“Oh my God, I’ve missed you so much and everyone there. How are you all doing?” she asked.

“We’re all good. Amaka left today”, he said.

“Aww, I bet you’re going to miss her so much”.

“Yeah, I will”.

“Don’t worry; you’ll get out soon and re-unite with her”.

“Yeah, I guess so.  So how’s everything? Are you back in school?”

“Yeah, I am. And you won’t believe it, my roommate is a guy”.

“A guy? Is that even possible?”

“I’m surprised myself”.

“Hmm, have you spoken to the authorities?”

“They’ve closed. I will have to wait till Monday”.

“Mmmm, that sucks. How’s the guy like?”

“It’s that jerk Babatunde”.

“Hmm, I hope he’s not giving you any trouble”.

“I wish he would and I’ll give him 10,000 folds”.

“That’s my girl, but you have to be careful”.

“Don’t worry, I can protect myself. I’ve got a gun now”, she said smiling.

“Hmm, have you seen the teacher who failed you because you refused to sleep with him?”

“Not yet, but when I do, he’ll be really sorry. He’s the first on my list”.

“Okay, if you need any help. I’ll always be here. You can call me on this line. I sneaked a phone in”.

“Don’t worry, I got this. The training we had won’t go in vain”.

“Okay, get all those monsters. And remember, don’t kill anyone unless it’s in self-defence”.

“I won’t”.

“Alright, I have to go; I’ll call you before sleeping, okay?”

“Okay”.

“Bye baby Ash”.

“Bye Nene”, she said and she waited for him to hang up.

That was her best friend Nene. They both became best friends when he came to the rehab facility. She told him about everything she had been through in life and he helped her build up her self-confidence and he taught her self-defence skills and taught her how to operate a gun, when she gets one.

Asha got back to Adisa and they kept on talking.

πŸ™ŽπŸ½******************☄

Babatunde and Selorm were trying to hide the drugs they had in the room, but they were stopped in their tracks when Asha walked in.

My Muse 40

*My Muse*♥️☺ *_Chapter 40_* *Natasha's POV* Today was supposed to be my happy day. But it turned out to be my worst nightmare. I was happy to be finally getting married to Oscar. As I walked down the aisle with my dad, tears of Joy were all over my cheeks. I couldn't believe it. Everyone stood up with a weird look on their face. What's going on? They were supposed to be smiling. My dad also noticed it. "Don't panic or mind the looks you're receiving", he said and I relaxed a bit. I looked at April, she's supposed to be cheering me up but she looked confused. As we got to the altar, I finally understood why they all had those looks on their faces. Oscar wasn't there. Where could he be? I said to myself panicking. "Where's Oscar?" June whispered in my ear. "I don't know"😰😰 I looked around and his family members were all there, but Oscar wasn't here!! I took my seat  and June starte

My Muse Sequel

*My Muse*♥️☺ *_Sequel_*πŸ’˜πŸ’˜ *Natasha’s POV* “Mom!!  Mom!!”  My little girl said, jumping on me. I was sitting on the chair so it was easy for her to jump. “April, you’re going to hurt our baby”, I said, widening my eyes. “I’m sorry mom”, she said, pouting her lips. “It’s okay baby. How was school?” I asked her. “It was great. I played with my friends. Miss Alison taught us new numbers. I can count one to twenty now”, she said, grinning. “Oh that’s great. Count for me”. She counted 1 to 10 and I was really happy for her.  April was just 4 and she was really smart. “That’s wonderful baby”, I said, clapping. “Where are your brothers?” I asked her. “They are outside with daddy.  They both got into a fight”, she said, frowning. Not again. Kendrick and Kendrack are always at each other’s throat and it really annoys me. They fight over little things like they’re girls. And yeah, they’re twins. They turned 7 this year. I waited patiently for them to come in.

My Muse 39

*My Muse*♥️☺ *_Chapter 39_* *Natasha's POV* "Uhmm. Will that be a good idea? Aren't other pastors available?" "Since he just got ordained we decided that he officates his first wedding now, and it happens to be yours". "Is he cool with it?" I asked. "Yeah, he was happy about it and said something about his prophecy coming true", he said and I remembered what he told me the day he broke things off with me. God is indeed great and true to his words. "Are you okay with it?" He asked me. "As long as June is fine, then it's not a big deal", I said and Oscar looked at me with questioning looks. "Okay, congratulations once again". "Thank you", I said and he hanged up. "What was that about?" Oscar asked me. "They've gotten a pastor to officiate our wedding". "And it's June?" He asked and I nodded hoping that he'll be cool with
